I’m a marketing leader with 17 years of diverse experience across Google, Expedia, Dell EMC and other companies. I’ve been in global and APAC leadership roles across B2B and B2C remits, with a clear focus on driving scale and commercial outcomes.
I started Crux Advisory because I wanted to get back to the ‘first principles’ of growth and marketing strategy and infuse that thinking from the ground up in early-stage companies.
To level up and focus on what really matters to the business vs. obsess about delivering vanity metrics. To truly be integrated and channel agnostic. If all we have is a performance marketing hammer, everything can look like a nail.
And yes, as a marketer who’s earned her stripes in data-driven teams in the world of Tech, I do care deeply about marketing measurement and ROI, but I also value creativity and intuition.
